This program will be valid from March 1, 2025, to March 1, 2026. Participants must complete the referral process within this period to receive the reward shopping credits.
2-1. This program is only open to customers in the US region, who have previously purchased a FLUX laser cutter.
2-2. Successful referrals are only applicable to purchases made through FLUX Shop Official. Purchases from other sales channels are not eligible.
2-3. To participate, users must log in to their FLUX ID via the Member Center and register their machine’s serial number before applying for a referral link.
2-4. Each FLUX ID account can participate in the referral reward program only once.
3-1. Once the referred friend successfully completes a purchase and payment, the referrer will receive 7% of the total order amount （calculated based on the subtotal before taxes, shipping fees）as reward shopping credits.
3-2. The reward shopping credits will be issued 7 days after the order is confirmed with no returns, followed by an additional 3-5 days of order review before the credits are deposited into the referrer’s account. Referrers can then claim their rewards via the Member Center.
3-3. Reward shopping credits can be accumulated and withdrawn before the withdrawal deadline.
3-4. The withdrawal deadline for reward shopping credits is 365 days from the date the referral link is successfully applied on October 1, 2025, the withdrawal deadline will be October 1, 2026. After the deadline, unclaimed credits will be forfeited.
3-5. The withdrawal process takes approximately 7-15 business days. Referrers can track their withdrawal status via the Referral Program Page in the Member Center.
4-1. The referral link is valid for 365 days from the date of successful application. Expired links will automatically become invalid.
4-2. Every transaction made through the referral link will be automatically tracked by the system. Participants can log in to the Member Center at any time to check their referral status and history.
4-3. A referral is considered successful when:
4-4. The referral link is for personal use only and cannot be transferred or sold. Participants must ensure that the referral process is authentic and lawful. Any fraudulent or misleading referral activities are strictly prohibited.
4-5. If any misuse of the referral link is detected, such as fake referrals or fraudulent transactions, FLUX reserves the right to disqualify the participant and revoke any distributed rewards.
5-1. By participating in this program, participants agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
