About FLUX User Reward Program
Share a post or Reels of your FLUX laser work on Instagram, tag us @flux_inc, and hashtag #fluxlaser and #createwithflux.

1. Who can join the program?
If you own a FLUX laser, you're already eligible. Just register your laser's serial number in the FLUX Member Center before submitting your first entry, and you're all set. Welcome to the community!
2. How do coupon rewards work?
The more you share, the more you earn. Submitting 3 posts earns a $40 reward, and submitting 4 posts earns a $55 reward, with at least 1 Reel required either way. US-based participants can choose to receive their reward as cash or as a coupon redeemable at the FLUX US Shop. Choose the coupon and get 20% more value, so $40 becomes $48, and $55 becomes $66. Participants outside the US will receive their reward in cash. It's simple: show up, share your work, and get rewarded.
3. How does the cash bonus work?
Cash bonuses are based on the view count of your highest-performing Reel each month, counted after it has been live for 30 days. The bonus is paid on top of your coupon reward. Here's how it breaks down:
2,000 to 4,999 views: $20
5,000 to 14,999 views: $30
15,000 to 39,999 views: $40
40,000 or more views: $70
Each Reel can only be submitted once. The more people discover your work, the bigger the bonus. Keep creating and keep sharing!
4. When and how will I get paid?
Rewards are paid out on the 15th of every month via PayPal or US/EU bank transfer. You’ll get a confirmation email once processing is complete. The program runs from now until August 31.
5. What kind of content can I submit?
Share Instagram photo posts or Reels featuring your FLUX laser. You can show off your finished creation, share your experience using your laser, or both. Your caption must include your laser(e.g. beamo, HEXA). For Reels, make sure the FLUX logo on your laser appears in the footage at some point. Tag @flux_inc and include #fluxlaser and #createwithflux in every post.
6. Do I need to post a Reel to qualify for rewards?
Yes, and trust us, it's worth it. Reels help your work reach more people and open the door to cash bonuses on top of your coupon reward. To qualify, you need to submit at least 3 posts in a month, including at least 1 Reel. Think of it as your ticket in — photo posts alone won't get you there, but add a Reel and you're already ahead.
7. How many posts can I submit per month?
Up to 4 posts per month, including at least 1 Reel. The monthly cycle runs from 00:00 UTC on the first day through 23:59:59 UTC on the last day. Submissions beyond the 4-post limit won't be reviewed, so make every post count.
8. When should I submit my posts?
All posts and Reels must have been live for at least 30 days before you submit. Posts published on or after June 1 are eligible, as long as they meet all program requirements and are submitted within the program period. This applies to both coupon rewards and cash bonuses, giving your content time to accumulate genuine views before we count them. Good things take time, and so does great reach.
9. How do I submit my entry?
Head to the User Reward page in your FLUX Member Center, paste your Instagram post or Reel link, and enter your laser's serial number. Each post can only be submitted once, so make sure everything looks good before you hit submit.
10. My Reel was posted this month but won't hit 30 days until next month. Will I still get the cash bonus?
Absolutely. If your Reel reaches the 30-day mark after the current month's cutoff, your cash bonus will roll over and be paid out the following month on the 15th. No worries at all, we've got you covered.
11. Can I use AI tools to help create my content?
AI is welcome for assistive design elements like generating a pattern or illustration that you then bring to life with your FLUX laser. The laser work itself needs to be done by you though. AI-generated post images or any content where the physical creation wasn't made by you will be disqualified.
12. What happens if I delete or privatize my post after submitting?
Please keep your posts public throughout the review period. If a post is set to private or deleted before your reward is confirmed, the submission will be forfeited. Think of it as keeping the lights on until the reward arrives.
13. Will FLUX share my submitted posts?
By joining the program, you agree that FLUX may share your submissions non-commercially on our website and social media, with full credit given to you. Any commercial use will require your separate authorization. Your work deserves to be seen, and we'd love to help share it with the world.
14. What if I don't receive my reward by the 15th?
