Are you tired of outsourcing your metal jewelry engraving and waiting weeks just to get your pieces back? Many designers have felt the pinch — missed deadlines, inconsistent quality, and shrinking margins. With the Promark MOPA fiber laser, you can take control of your production right at your desk. It’s designed for makers, designers, and small brands who want to engrave rings, bracelets, pendants, and custom metal pieces with speed, precision, and creative freedom — all without relying on third-party services.
If you’ve ever thought, “I wish I could handle custom engraving myself,” the FLUX Promark fiber laser was made for you. Unlike FLUX’s CO₂ and diode laser series built for materials like wood, acrylic, and leather, Promark is purpose-engineered for metal and plastic marking. Equipped with an industrial-grade fiber laser module, it delivers fast, stable, and ultra-precise performance. Whether you run a jewelry brand, a personalized gift studio, or a small manufacturing shop, Promark helps you scale production with professional speed and accuracy.
The desktop fiber laser comes in 20W and 50W power options, ideal for black-and-white metal marking, deep engraving, and light marking on aluminum. Designed for versatility, the Promark Desktop model features an ultra-fine 0.0012-inch laser spot and blazing-fast marking speeds up to 394 inches per second. A 2-inch barcode can be marked in just 3 seconds, helping users complete high-quality marking tasks with outstanding efficiency.
Compared with standard fiber lasers, the Promark 100W MOPA offers adjustable pulse width and frequency, giving you greater control over laser power and marking effects — a game-changer for jewelry designers who care about every fine detail.
Customizing metal jewelry is simpler than you might think. From design to finished piece, the entire process is quick and intuitive with Beam Studio, FLUX’s dedicated laser software. Even first-time users can get started in minutes.
Before engraving, use the dual red dots to find the correct distance between your material and the field lens. Move the galvo arm up or down until the two red points overlap — once aligned, you’re perfectly in focus.
When the laser is precisely focused on the surface, the beam’s energy is concentrated, melting only a thin layer of metal. This produces a reflective, silver-white finish with minimal oxidation.
However, when the laser head is raised about 1–1.5 cm above the focus, the energy density decreases, creating more heat diffusion and a thicker oxide layer. As a result, the marking appears darker or even black.
After connecting your computer, add custom text or import a design file into the workspace. Adjust fonts or images, then set the parameters based on your material type. Beam Studio comes with preloaded settings for various metals, and even includes a material test template to help you find the ideal parameters if you’re unsure of the metal type.
Once the settings are ready, click “Frame Preview” in the upper-right corner of Beam Studio to display a red outline of the engraving area. Align your material within the preview frame — and you’re ready to mark!
The Promark MOPA is equipped with an ultra-fine 0.0012-inch laser spot, perfect for engraving delicate details on small jewelry pieces. From initials and names to intricate graphics, every mark is rendered with stunning precision. By adjusting the focal distance, the Promark MOPA can also achieve deep, dark markings on aluminum and stainless steel — giving your metal creations rich contrast beyond the usual light etching results.
If you’re already in the jewelry business, expanding into custom pet tags can be a smart move. Many pet owners order engraved tags or collars featuring their pet’s name and contact information for safety and style. With a blazing speed of 394 inches per second, Promark can fully engrave a tag in under 10 seconds — making it perfect for handling bulk custom orders efficiently without compromising quality.
When it comes to metal jewelry, three things can hurt your business most: inconsistent quality, missed deadlines, and rising costs. The FLUX Promark MOPA was built to solve exactly that. No outsourcing, no extra manpower — just one machine that lets you design and engrave everything in-house. With over a decade of experience in digital fabrication, FLUX helps creators bring their ideas to life through reliable, user-friendly tools. Every Promark comes with a one-year warranty and dedicated customer support to ensure you’re always backed by experts.
